When you request a quotation or contact us, we may receive your name, organisation, telephone number, email address, collection and destination details, travel date, passenger numbers and any other information you choose to provide.
3. How the quotation form works
The website does not create a customer account or save your form in an online database. When you choose WhatsApp or email, the enquiry is prepared and passed to the communication application you select. That service will process the message under its own privacy terms.
4. Why we use information
We use enquiry information to:
- respond to your request and prepare a quotation;
- plan routes, schedules and passenger requirements;
- communicate about an enquiry or confirmed booking;
